- Flexible billing: practice subscription covers platform + included credits; patients pay for specialist services (with practice options to absorb or subsidise fees)

How It Works
A hybrid model designed for predictability and flexibility.
Monthly Practice Subscriptions
Recurring, predictable cost via monthly practice subscriptions. Each subscription includes a set number of assessment credits and GP consult credits, giving your practice certainty on costs and access, whilst also opening up an additional revenue stream.
Patient-Paid Specialist Services
Psychiatrist reviews and medication reviews are paid by the patient directly, with discounted rates for partner practice referrals. Practices may choose to absorb or subsidise these fees.
Per-Use Billing for Extras
For psychiatrist or GP-support usage beyond the included credits, practices are billed on a per-use basis. This ensures you only pay for what you need, with full transparency on costs.
